Coronation Street - Shelley weigh-in

ITV1 Network Monday 14 February 8:30 PM to 9:00 PMSally (Sally Whittaker) returns home ready to confess all, yet hesitates when she is struck by the enormity of what she is about to do. After telling Kevin (Micheal Le Vell) she would rather not go for a meal, she heads over to Gail’s (Helen Worth) to ponder her choices while a frustrated Kevin storms off to the Rovers to confide in Tommy (Thomas Craig).

After reminding herself why the affair began and considering how it benefits her family, Sally heads off to find Kevin, clear she’s made the right decision. It’s weigh-in time at the Rovers and a concerned Shelley (Sally Lindsay) tries to back out, worried that she’s not yet reached her target. Taunted by Charlie (Bill Ward) she finally steps onto the scales and to everyone’s delight Sunita (Shobna Gulati) announces she’s done it! But the surprise result leaves Charlie suspicious. Meanwhile, Ken (William Roache) takes a chance on love and proposes to Deirdre (Anne Kirkbride) once again. Will she finally accept?
