The 25-year-old actor is desperate for his handsome alter-ego to get his happy ever after with his ex (Ryan Hawley) and hopes they'll run off together and get hitched in Sin City.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Danny said: "Married? Maybe... But I reckon he'd want to do it in Vegas where no one was watching. I'm not trying to get a spin off!"

And it looks like Danny may actually get his way as Aaron and Robert are set to grow closer over the next few weeks as the troubled mechanic takes on his father Gordon (Gary Mavers) in court over claims he abused him as a child.

Danny explained: "Robert is his rock and Aaron knows he can be more intimate with him. He sees that as a way of offloading. I think Robert is the reason it has gone to court. Robert is key to the story. Their relationship is very popular with fans - so we've been told - so I don't know if they're going to be happy forever but it's certainly a big step."

Their relationship came crashing down last year when Robert almost killed Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) by burying him in cereal after he learnt the busy-body vet had been trying to keep the lovers apart, despite their undeniable spark.
