Another surprise was in store for those watching Hollyoaks on E4 yesterday (October 22), as it was revealed that Freddie didn't die after his wife Lindsey, AKA the Gloved Hand Killer wanted to bring his life to an end.
Trevor and Grace were on their way to France to make a new life for themselves, but when they were pulled over by police who tracked the pair down, Freddie's 'body' was found in the boot, with Kim and Lindsey framing the pair.
However, the penultimate scene saw DS Thorpe notice Freddie's hand move before the pair were taken away.
A spokesperson confirmed: "The police believe they have a vital piece of evidence in their witness Freddie but what he remembers about Lindsey's attack, only time will tell.
Those who didn't watch on E4 can catch the big twist tonight (October 23), 6.30pm on Channel 4.
