Britain’s very own Lilly Allen will be making a cameo appearance on Neighbours on Tuesday 10 November, following in the footsteps of Aussie talent such as Kylie and Jason and Bouncer the dog.
A huge fan of Neighbours, apparently Lily wasted no time in accepting the offer to appear on the show where she will play herself in a scene alongside Matt Werkmeister, who is a huge Allen fan.
Before the scenes were shot Werkmeister admitted that he is a huge Allen fan:
"I’m freaking out, I’ll be starstruck for sure but will try my hardest to stay professional,.I definitely want her autograph but will probably be too scared, so I’ll ask someone to get it for me."
The scenes were filmed in June whilst Lily was touring Australia. She is interviewed on the ‘PirateNet’ radio station before singing 22, taken from her latest album It’s Not Me It’s You.
