The youngster - played by Darren John Langford - becomes convinced his foster brother is still alive, and starts banging on his coffin and screaming.

Langford explains: "Spencer's only ever been to his mum's funeral. He has bad memories of that day and doesn't like the idea. He reluctantly agrees to go but when he arrives, a catfight breaks out between Malachy's ex-girlfriend, Cheryl and Mercedes.

"Spencer's not happy about it, but at the same time, he's focused on the fact that there's a coffin and Warren's inside it. He actually doesn't believe he's dead. He just starts banging on the coffin. The thought of Warren waking up alone in the dark is terrifying."

Eventually, Spencer calms down but he can't shake the feeling the murderous businessman is not actually dead.

Just hours after the funeral, his suspicions are confirmed when he receives and eerie text.

Langford said: "He gets a text message sent from Warren's phone. It says Warren's alive - Spencer's so excited and decides to keep it a secret. But you'll have to wait and see if he gets the outcome he's hoping for!"
