'Emmerdale' won the Best Soap gong at the Inside Soap Awards in London on Monday (05.10.15).

The show took the top prize ahead of its rivals - including 'Coronation Street', 'Hollyoaks' and 'EastEnders - at the awards ceremony, sponsored by Dream Bingo.
And Best Soap wasn't the only award for 'Emmerdale', as it also scooped Best Actor, Best Bad Boy, Best Newcomer, Best Young Actor, Sexiest Male, Best Affair and Best Partnership for Charlie Hardwick & Chris Chittell (Val and Eric Pollard).
Meanwhile, 'Coronation Street's Kate Ford dedicated her Best Bad Girl prize to her mother.
Kate - who could not make the ceremony - said: "I am so pleased to have won this award - I'm really chuffed! It means so much to me with it being a public vote. All the other nominees are fantastic, and they all play great characters, so I'm very flattered.
"I'm going to give the award to my mum - she is my inspiration."
