Beetroot, Blackberry, Apple And Ginger Juice

Serves: 2

Prep time: 5mins

You’ll need:

  • Half a punnet of blackberries
  • A raw beetroot
  • 1cm of ginger
  • Apple juice

What to do:

Scrub a raw beetroot well and trim away any roots and stalks, roughly chop and put it into a blender or smoothie maker. Add half a punnet of blackberries, 1cm of root ginger peeled and roughly chopped then top up with apple juice. Whizz until smooth. Add a little more apple juice if it’s too thick.
