• 335ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze®
  • 2tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 25g grated coconut or coconut flakes
  • 2 tsbp raw buckwheat
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 70g oats
  • 175g frozen berries, plus extra to serve
  • 85g vegan yoghurt
  • Chia seeds to sprinkle on top


Line a baking tray with baking parchment and preheat oven to 200 degrees C/fan oven 180 degrees C.

Vegan Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Spread out the coconut, buckwheat and pumpkin seeds on the prepared tray. Bake for 5-19 minutes or until golden. Then remove from the oven to cool.

Use a blender to whizz up the bananas, oats, berries, yoghurt and Almond Breeze® until nice and smooth.

Serve in your favourite bowls and top with chia seeds and the extra berries.
