Dressing

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

4 Tbsp Fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp Brown sugar

1 Tbsp Ginger, finely chopped

½ Clove garlic, finely chopped

1 Handful fresh coriander and basil, chopped

Method

  1. Cook the dry glass noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes or according to its instruction on its packaging.
  2. Let the noodles cool down and mix well with the dressing. Serve immediately.
