You salivate over recipes on your Facebook and Twitter feed- And can't wait to get home and rustle up some vegan delight.

You always have vegan snacks in your bag- Because not everywhere carries them so you have to be prepared- what's the alternative? Don't snack- I don't think so!

You get very excited when you find out there's a new vegan food on the market- And go out and buy it at your earliest convenience because it's your responsibility to repost back to your vegan friends with the verdict.

You love the fact that veggies are less calorific than meat- Because you can always pile your plate HIGH and not feel guilty.

Vegan festivals are joyous occasions- When you walk into a room where all the food is safe to eat and it's in abundance- it's like all your Christmases have come at once.

You're always smug when you eat something that looks and tastes like meat- But is totally cruelty free- vegans can have it all!

You get frustrated when you research what you want from a new supermarket- Only to find that they don't filter 'vegan' on their website. Then you go back to the trusty Asda page and are spoiled for choice.

When you spot a message that reads 'suitable for vegans'- Or you see the familiar plant logo on food- your heart takes a little leap.

When you feed non-vegans plant based food and they're impressed- There's no better feeling in the world.
