A healthy alternative to an afternoon treat that’s perfect for the whole family
- 1 cup of Almond Breeze Nutri+ Fibre
- 1 can of drained & rinsed chickpeas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of melted peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of ground almonds
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips
- Blend 1 can of drained & rinsed chickpeas with the Almond Breeze Nutri +Fibre
- Add to a bowl and then stir in the remainder of the ingredients
- Combine until smooth then pour into a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool before slicing up and enjoying!
