500g Cauliflower or ½ Cauliflower

2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast

½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tsp Malden Salt

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or coconut oil

50ML Warm Water


- Cut your cauliflower into bite-size pieces, ideally the size of popcorn.

- Combine the lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, turmeric, and water in a large mixing bowl, stir well with a whisk.

- Add the cauliflower pieces and stir again, making sure that every single piece is covered with the marinade.

Sprinkle with the extra nutritional yeast to create a deep cheesy flavour.
