Vegan Fireside Cocktail

40ml Grey Goose vodka

10ml No.2 organic maple syrup

1 sprig of rosemary: leaves pulled off

1 pinch of salt

50ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Muddle some rosemary leaves, salt and maple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass. Build high density ice cubes before adding Grey Goose. Top with freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice and gently stir to create optimum dilution and smooth texture. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
