A quick and easy vegan breakfast that even the laziest of people can do! 

Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

You’ll need:

15g rolled oats

60ml Alpro Oat Original drink

50g Alpro Simply Plain plant-based alternative to yogurt

¼ banana

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

Handful of fresh berries

10g flaked almonds, to garnish

Method:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients – except the almonds – together in a bowl
  2. Place in the fridge overnight
  3. In the morning top with the flaked almonds and a few more berries
