1 Cup Swiss Chard (Optional)

½ Cup Pumpkin Puree

¼ Cup Coconut Flakes

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons Pecans

½ Bananas

½ Teaspoon Maple Syrup

1 ½ Cups Almond Milk

Directions

1. Add all of the ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth. 2. Enjoy!
