Vitamin C Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries 
  • 1 quarter of freshly squeezed grapefruit
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pop it all in a blender and combine!
  2. Add more milk if required
