Ingredients

  • 1 banana (80-100g)
  • 1 pear (100g)
  • 30g spinach
  • 200ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Hemp Protein+ Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Broccoli & Spinach Powder

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a pot and gently warm until the desired temperature, then transfer to a glass.
