Niall Horan gets so nervous appearing on TV that he's "often close to puking". The One Direction hunk has revealed that despite rising to fame on talent show 'The X Factor', he still can't get his fears under control when he has to perform on talk shows and other television programmes. He explained: "You never come home from a 1D show and say it was quiet. It's the loudest show on the planet. "But oddly enough, if I'm honest, going to perform on a TV show is when I get the most nervous. "In fact, I get so tense I'm often close to puking." Speaking in an extract from the band's new book 'One Direction: Who We Are', published in The Sun newspaper, he also shared: "Before we went out, Justin Timberlake was coming off after collecting an award and I remember saying to the lads, 'Is that the calibre of people here?' "To make matters worse, as he walked off Justin came over to say hello and I was bricking it, nearly swallowing my own puke. I was fine in the end, but it's draining being that nervous."
