Butlins is taking holiday romance one step further, with a stroll down the aisle. As the number of couples getting married in the UK rises, along with the average wedding bill, the famous holiday company which attracts 1.3 million guests each year, has launched its first ever wedding package.
Launching 1st March Butlins wedding service allows guests to tie the knot on a three-day party; starting with a celebratory event I'm Getting Married in the Morning the night before and ending with a well deserved Recovery Party on day three.
The Butlins Resorts can organise every element of the wedding including photography, flowers, catering, limos and of course the accommodation, enabling the happy couple to sit back and enjoy their wedding 'holiday' without the usual months of planning.
Butlins will offer the traditional white wedding package alongside more fashionable themed weddings, with couples able to opt for a Viva Las Vegas package, with white stretched limo and a serenade from the UK’s leading Elvis impersonator, or choose to don flares and platforms and walk down the aisle to Gwen Dickie’s Carwash for a retro seventies ceremony.
