There is nothing more exciting than a proposal in our capital and for The Proposers it was a dream come true, as they know every nook can cranny of London to come up with the best ‘I do’ spots!
The groom in this particular scenario, wanted to propose and then take his fiancé to Hatton Garden to choose the perfect ring!
The couple headed to Somerset House in the morning, which hosts an ice rink in the winter. They popped on their skates and drank mulled wine while gliding across the surface- as if this was not romantic enough- there was more. The photographer took many snaps of them looking happy and loved up as they enjoyed their outdoor activities.
Once they had skated till they dropped, they were greeted by a horse and carriage waiting for them outside. It took them on a journey around London passing by all of the major tourist spots like Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park before they stopped to watch the Horse Guards Parade. The groom then got down on one knee and popped the question.
She said yes- of course- and when the newly engaged couple went to get back on the horse and carriage it had been scattered with rose petals and some champagne had been left for them. They then ventured to Hatton Gardens to get the diamonds he had proposed with set into a ring of his fiancé’s choice.
