Thatcher Breaks Arm In Fall

Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher is recovering in hospital after breaking her arm in a fall at her home.

Baroness Thatcher, 83, took a tumble at her London residence on Thursday (11Jun09) and suffered a fracture to a bone in her upper arm.

She was taken to the nearby Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and kept in overnight for observation. The former Conservative Party leader is expected to be released in the next few days.
