Am I Pregnant?

I came off my pill 2 wks ago and have still not yet had the withdrawl bleed. I have done a pregnancy test as I did have sex with my boyfriend a few days before coming off and the night after I had a tummy bug with diorrhea, the test however was negative.
Could this be because its too early to detect pregnancy hormones or is there another reason why i havent had the bleed? I ALWAYS have the withdrawl bleed which is why i am confused.

You can occassionally miss a withdrawal bleed, the same as how you sometimes bleed while you are still on the pill.
It does not necessarily mean you are pregnant but you may wish to get checked out at the doctors just in case.
If you have come off the pill they can talk to you about other methods of contraception.
A withdrawal bleed is not a real period so having it or not having it does not have anything to do with being pregnant.
You may wish to do another pregnancy test or visit the doctor for peace of mind.
If you have come off the pill and don't want to get pregnant it is advisable to discuss with your doctor other methods of contraception.
