Coming Out

James asks:
I am gay how do I tell my parents and friends
Start by telling someone you're closet to, like a brother or your mum or even a close friend.
Don't put pressure on your self by telling everyone at once, start with your parents and family members your closet too.
Your family and friends love you and this shouldn't change that, make sure they know you're happy with how you are and that you appreciate their support.

Your parents may already know, they tend to have a sixthsense when it comes to things with this.
In this day and age everyone should accept the fact that some people are gay, explain that you have realised you are gay and wanted to tell them so you can move on with your life.
Let your close friends know but don't feel under pressure to tell everybody that you know.
Once this is out in the open you can stop the lies and be honest with yourself and everyone and move onto a happy time in your life.
