It will ensure that you lose weight healthy and gradually rather than crash dieting which will do your health no good and often results in yo-yoing back to your original weight.

Exercise can be something that you gradually incorporate into your life more naturally. It is recommended that you have at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Try walking to school instead of getting the bus or a ride. Buy a pedometer, this can monitor your steps that you walk in one day, try to increase this each time so you are doing a little more each day. This does not sound like much but walking is a great way to start and build up your stamina. You could try and increase your pace to, so go from walking to power walking to get your heart rate up.

In terms of your ‘bingo wings’, if you can afford to get some weights, there are a lot of exercises that will help with this, which you can find on this internet. Again start off small, with ten of each and then build them up. This will increase your muscle which will burn the fat in your arms faster. These won’t take up much of your time but will make a huge difference.
