UK or Boyfriend?

Roxx asks:
I have been seperated from my boyfriend for the past 9 months but in that time we have admitted repeatdly that we still love each other, the problem is he is a soldier and based in germany.
Do I give up my little life in the UK to be with him in germany or do I try get over him again.
Been with him does not neccessarily mean giving up your life, perhaps you should start with a long distance relationship and see how things go from there?
If you do have to move to Germany to be with him then before you make a decision try and imagine your life with your boyfriend but without your friends and family close by and then imagine your life in the UK but without your boyfriend.
Whichever seems the best option is the one to go for.

You have already split up with this guy once so before you think about getting back together you need to address the reason why you first split.
If you do want to be with him then moving to Germany doesn't have to be forever. If you are keen to try the idea then do it, you can always come back home.
Be prepared to have to try to make a new life for yourself though, your boyfriend will be away a lot so you are going to have to put yourself out there at first getting to know people and making friends.
But remember nothing is set in stone, you'll always be able to leave if you want.
