There is nothing desperate in asking a boy out. Gone are the days where it is the men that do all the asking. Women are starting to take charge of their love lives and if you want to find out if there is a future for you and this guy then it’s worth an ask, or you will be left always wondering, ‘what if?’

Everyone takes a risk when they ask someone out that they will be rejected, so that is a fear that we all face at some point in our lives. People should be respectful of those who have the courage to be clear and decisive about their feelings and if they are not it's likely because they are jealous that they don’t have the same gusto with your own love lives.

Try to care less about what others think and aim for what you want. There are only two answers, if he says yes- great- take things from there. If he says no, your life will stay as it was so you haven't really lost anything.
