If you have not really spoken to this woman before then approaching her to tell her you love her might be a bit intimidating. Why not ask her out first and see how she feels about a date? Or striking up a friendship?
This might give her some time to get to know you and you her before you make any big gestures to one another. Perhaps it’s not a bad thing that the other women in your life are not fond of her as the more people that get involved, the more complicated it could get for you both.
Perhaps once you have spent a bit more time with her then you could find out if she wants the same as you, a friendship or if it’s worth you moving on.
