Fearless man has no adrenalin

A British man literally has no fear after a rare disease left him without any adrenalin.

''Now I just take whatever is thrown at me and if a challenge helps me raise money for charity, the more daring the better.''

Jordy Cernik used to be terrified of doing extreme stunts, but nowadays they are more likely to bore him after he had a gland removed which produces adrenalin.

The 38-year-old man had the operation after being struck down with Cushing's Syndrome, which has left him with arthritis, back problems and brittle bones, but he has used the fearlessness to his advantage by taking on several frightening challenges to raise money for charity.

He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''I would never have had the guts to do any of this, but now nothing fazes me. I'm up for anything - I'm even thinking about doing a wing-walk on a plane too.

''I nearly did a bungee jump a few years ago, but I just couldn't do it.
