The party-loving students were visited by the police after a neighbour reported their Tequila Tuesday bash because of the noise, but when they turned up at the frat house they were left stunned as the air surrounding them triggered a 0.01 on the breathalyser - meaning it was under the influence but not over the limit.

According to the WJLA, the windows had been covered to block out any sounds and eight people had locked themselves inside a bathroom to prevent being caught.

Six of the students were charged with underage drinking.
