Alcohol made from radioactive apples grown near Chernobyl has been seized by Ukrainian officials.

Scientists and distillers helped create the booze, called 'Atomik', using ingredients sourced from the still-radioactive exclusion zone in the area after the infamous 1986 nuclear meltdown.
1,500 bottles of the vodka had been set to be delivered to the UK but authorities seized them after an investigation by Ukraine's secret service.
The Chernobyl Spirit Company created the drink and have vowed that 75 per cent of the profits will go into helping bring jobs and investment to areas affected by the disaster more than three decades ago.
Co-owner Dr. Gennady Laptev said: "We hope this issue can be resolved so that we can continue our work trying to help people affected by the devastating social and economic impacts Chernobyl had on communities."
