An elderly bagpiper has angered locals by practising his instrument early in the morning.

Keith Metcalfe has irritated residents in Torquay by playing the famous Scottish pipes at 8am.
One local pleaded: ''Please be quiet, it's summer, people have windows open while trying to sleep.''
Metcalfe has defended himself, however, suggesting that members of the public enjoy his musical talents.
The 76-year-old explained: ''I go to various places early when there are just a few dog walkers and swimmers.
''The reaction I usually get is that people come up to me and ask can they film me.
''Compared to many people who have been playing the bagpipes since childhood I'm not very good. But the public think I'm good and that's what counts.''
