John Lewis has had to apologise to a customer who found a poo in his parcel.

Dan Rodgers had ordered some new clothes and was shocked to discover the disgusting extra contents in his package.
The man noticed that his package ''smelled weird'' before the poo fell out.
He told The Sun Online: ''It's all vacuum sealed, and everything was where it should be, so I just ripped it open and I saw my T-shirt and gloves fall out of the bag and onto my bed, and then I noticed it smelled a bit weird.
''I just thought 'what the...', it's unbelievable. I got my phone out and took a picture of it and I was like 'have you sent us a s***?'''.
Dan contacted the department store to see what happened, but admits he can see the funny side as he found it ''hilarious''.
