Robert Golwitzer Jr. was arrested in the US state of Iowa last weekend after making a bomb threat when he realised the fast-food chain didn't have his favoured dipping sauce for his chicken McNuggets.

In an irate phone call, Golwitzer Jr. threatened to blow up the McDonald's and punch an employee.

The restaurant reported him to the law and Goltwitzer Jr. was soon apprehended by the Ankeny Police Department

He was charged with making a "false report of explosive or incendiary device", which is a crime in the state and admitted that he made the bomb threat.

Golwitzer Jr. was held in prison last Saturday evening (26.06.21) before being released on bail the following day.
