Making sure the guests have the best experience they can is the main role of the employees and the former staff member revealed that none of them are ever allowed to say ''I don't know'', Pop Sugar reported.

This is reportedly because the lack of knowledge would spoil the fun at the park.

The former employee said: ''If a guest asks you a question, you always have to have an answer, no exceptions.

''If you don't know it, find out, but don't say you don't know. If it's a silly question, make up a silly answer.''

''If a child asks you what Tinker Bell eats before her flight across the Magic Kingdom during the fireworks, you better come up with an answer quickly.''

There are other rules actors are instructed to follow. Another is to do with hand signals.
