A drug boss has been captured by police in Mexico - despite having weight-loss surgery and hair implants.

The crook - who is known as ''El Betito'' and is the suspected head of Mexico City's Tepito Union gang - came up with an unusual means of escaping the attention of the police.
But his plan backfired spectacularly after he was spotted and detained by officers in the south-west area of Mexico City.
Photos the police had on file showed the extent of the drug boss' extreme weight loss, as well as the work he'd had done on his hair.
