The man with the largest penis has undergone life-saving surgery to reduce the size of his manhood.

Horace Owiti Opiyo - known as Forence - has extra large testicles, which are believed to be twenty times the average size, after a growth in his nether regions continued to get larger, the Mirror Online has reported.
And though Horace underwent surgery to remove the abnormal formation, which is believed to weigh around 11lbs, the growth soon returned.
Horace is believed to have first noticed a cyst back in 2006 and a year after he had an operation to remove it, it came back, and his penis grew to nearly one metre long.
Horace was unable to afford the surgery himself, but a social media plea has helped his case and has enabled him to finally get the treatment he needed.
Horace has admitted he now hopes he will be able to start a family one day because he now has functioning testicles.
