A man was arrested for covering his girlfriend in ketchup.

Peter Wagman, 37, from Pinellas Park, Florida was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly poured sauce his 41-year-old girlfriend because he thought she was having an affair.
According to the arrest affidavit, which was acquired by The Smoking Gun, the couple had ''been in arguments over infidelity by the victim'' and police say when they arrived at the scene the victim was covered in Ketchup and claimed the defendant had been shouting: ''that's what you get, b***h.''
Wagman denied the allegations and has pleaded not guilty but was arrested and charged with domestic battery after ketchup was found on the ''right side of his pants'' following the incident.
Police do not believe that drugs, alcohol or mental health, played a part in this case.
