A man who is believed to have the biggest penis in the world has been registered as disabled.

Roberto Equivel Cabrera, from Mexico, has a 18.9 inch penis, and though he has rejected having surgery to reduce the size of his member, the government have now recognised him as having a disability, the Sun Online has reported.
He said: ''Every four months they give me some economic assistance but it is not enough.
''I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 o'clock.''
Although Roberto is listed as disabled, he is hoping to pursue a career as a porn star, which he believes will make him a lot of money.
The 54 year old said: ''I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees.
''I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do.
''I am happy with my penis and I wish to go back to the USA and spend the rest of my life over there.
''I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there.''
