A man's bladder ripped apart after he held in his urine after a drinking session.

The individual - known only as Mr. Hu - drank 10 bottles of beer but did not relieve himself, and then went to sleep.
He woke up with intense abdominal pain and went to a hospital in Zhejiang, China, where a CT scan showed that he had suffered three tears in his bladder.
Medics soon discovered that one of the tears could have had deadly consequences, as it had ruptured towards the 40-year-old's abdominal cavity, meaning that part of his intestines had gone into his bladder.
The doctors said that if the tear had gone untreated any longer Mr Hu could have died.
Fortunately, he made a full recovery and was released from hospital, although it is unclear whether he will suffer from any long-term effects.
