A missing pony was found on the roof of a house, after being washed away in a flood.

The therapy equine, called Leaf, disappeared from a farm in Japan after being swept away by floods, and though a search party was sent out for the miniature pony but it was suspected she had drowned.
However, when the floods cleared, Leaf was found alive and well, standing on the roof of a house.
The animal was covered head to toe in mud and had a minor injury, but otherwise was healthy.
Residents are confused by Leaf's arrival on the roof and insist that water levels were never high enough to sweep the pony that high off the ground.
