A rail company got into the spirit of Pancake Day after changing the destination of one of its trains.

Southeastern Railway posted a picture onto Twitter showing Kings Cross St. Pancake rather than Kings Cross St. Pancras.
They captioned the picture: ''Mmmm did someone mention pancakes? Happy Pancake Day! ( with lashings of maple syrup ) (sic)''
Today (18.02.18) marks Shrove Tuesday - also known as Pancake Day - and sees people across the country indulging in the sweet treat that is traditionally coated with a variety of toppings including lemon and sugar, Nutella or even more savoury goods including salmon.
