Lucas Martins claims that he has only felt constantly sexually aroused since meeting his partner Vikki Brown in 2020 and has been told that his regular stiffies are not a medical issue.
Martins told The Sun newspaper: "It is unique and different but it's because of the woman I've got next to me - to me she is a goddess.
"I can easily come to bed and look at Vikki and have an erection. I fall asleep with one and wake up with one. Our bodies are so connected."
Brown admits that she struggles to keep up with chores and appointments because of her husband's frequent sexual desires.
The healthcare worker said: "He can have an erection wherever we are. It's up to 50 to 100 times a day. He gets them in shops, restaurants, the gym, during everyday chats. There's no rest from it.
"Sometimes it's embarrassing but he just laughs about it."
