A new gaming booth has been set up to entertain bored shopping companions.

The Global Harbour mall in Shanghai has introduced four special gaming pods, which have been specifically designed to entertain men who are fed up of being dragged round the shops whilst their other halves hunt for bargains, according to South China Morning Post.
The creation, which has been dubbed 'husband pods', are transparent booths and have each been fitted with a plush seat in front of a PC gaming console and surround sound to keep those fed up of retail therapy a moment to indulge themselves.
The shopping centre plan to trial the idea for one month before they make it a permanent fixture.
