Khawla Al Romaithi, from the United Arab Emirates, completed her whirlwind tour of the globe in Sydney back in February before coronavirus restrictions came into effect. She became a record-breaker after completing her trip in three days, 14 hours, 46 minutes and 48 seconds.

Al Romaithi found the trip "difficult" and revealed that she came close to giving up several times.

She said: "I wanted to quit on many different occasions if I am being honest, I just wanted to get back home. But I kept looking forward to the end goal. My family and friends deserve a lot of credit for motivating me and encouraging me to keep moving ahead in my journey."
