A flight was diverted to a nearby airport when a woman gave birth on board.

The Etihad Airways flight - which was on a journey from Abu Dhabi to Jakarta, Indonesia - was made to land in Mumbai, India when the emergency situation occurred.
Once the plane had landed, the woman was rushed to East's Seven Hills Hospital, where she was admitted and is now recovering.
A hospital official told the Mumbai Mirror: ''She was taken to the operation theatre on arrival at the hospital and is now recuperating in the women's ward.''
