A woman is trying to overcome her fear of going through tunnels.

For two decades, Heather Steinmiller - who suffers from a form of claustrophobia - hasn't been able to travel through tunnels, but now she will ride with driving instructor Gabe Aviles as they tackle the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnels in Virginia.
The 3.5-mile route is one of the scariest in the US, and the narrow path will be torturous for Steinmiller.
However, she told Inside Edition she was able to sit through three minutes before coming out the other side.
Meanwhile, Aviles added plenty of his students are nerovus about entering tight spaces.
He recommends apprehensive drivers should say a checklist to take your mind off the journey.
