A city commissioner has resigned after she was fined licking and groping a former city official.

Madeira Beach City Commissioner Nancy Oakley, from Florida, was fined $5,000 over accusations that she sexually harassed a man - including licking his face - and recently handed in her resignation despite denying the allegations.
According to The Tampa Bay Times, her resignation letter says that she's innocent and plans to appeal the ethics violation ruling.
The Florida Commission fined Nancy last month and called on the governor to issue a public reprimand.
The former city official filed the ethics complaint against Nancy two years ago and said she had sexually harassed him by licking his face and groping him at a public event.
