Bonham Carter, 41, found getting pregnant with boyfriend Tim Burton's second child problematic after she started taking fertility drug Clomid, so she went on the internet to discuss her issues.
She says, "I had a terrible reaction to it. It turned out I was ovulating anyway. It stressed me out beyond belief. Hormonally, I was all over the shop and I got really low emotionally.
"Lots of people don't have that reaction, but, on the internet, I found a Clomid Club, with people who react to the stuff discussing it online."
Bonham Carter also considered Ivf (In vitro fertilisation) treatment, but ended up conceiving naturally.
She is due to give birth in December (07).
