American journalist Rita Cosby has accused Howard K. Stern of deliberately seeking publicity after he filed a lawsuit over her Anna Nicole Smith book.Stern filed a $60 million (£30million) lawsuit against Cosby on Tuesday (02Oct07) over "false allegations" in her new tome Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death.He claims allegations he was in a sexual relationship with Larry Birkhead - the father of Smith's daughter Dannielynn - are " nonsense".Cosby was officially served with the legal documents during a book signing in New York on Wednesday (03Oct07).She says, "It's all PR and spin. So I'm not surprised that they used this opportunity. This is par for the course for these characters."Cosby, a former Msnbc correspondent, maintains there is a sex tape to prove the pair were lovers.Both Stern and Birkhead deny it exists.Smith passed away earlier this year (07).
