Actress Jenny McCarthy denies she is planning to wed longterm boyfriend Jim Carrey - insisting their love is "too deep" for marriage.The former model - who ended her marriage to film director John Asher in 2005 after six years - vows never to marry again.She says, "There will be no certificate. It goes far deeper than that.
